The Fluxion team started out as Incubatees of iAyala,
the Internet investment arm of the Ayala Group of Companies, through its
subsidiary, Ideafarm. The “Incubation Program” of Ideafarm,
where Fluxion was the first beneficiary, used to fund local seed-stage
technology teams to help start business operations.
Fluxion was incorporated later on September 2001. Since
then, our team has been providing mobile and Internet solutions to some
key players in the local mobile industry. Our first proprietary platform,
FatBox, was launched as StorIt service of Globe Telecom on July 2001.
Fluxion, now a subsidiary of iAyala, creates mobile solutions
and platforms, which are now being used to offer cutting edge and innovative
services to mobile users in the consumer and corporate market.
The Partnership
Operations Team – Fluxion is composed of young people
who are highly skilled in mobile and Internet technology. Our team has
evolved not only in terms of skills but personality that easily matches
our determination to stand out as one of the more successful mobile solutions
providers in the country.
Internet Ayala, Inc. – iAyala recently took over
part of the ownership that was held originally by Ideafarm. iAyala
assists Fluxion on critical areas of business development, particularly finance, investment and marketing.
